I have been playing on the server for about a week, I was denied by LSPD for my short time on the server but i promise my experience makes up for my time in this city. Roughly 40 hours on here. Why do you want to join SASP? I wish to join SASP because I feel my prior experience in LSPD work would make me a great fit for a state police job. I feel I can bring a great amount of knowledge to the state police force along with a great personality to be around. I wish to join because I feel I would be a great fit to the team and I am looking to better my rp experience in Lucid City. I dont really have fun rping as a criminal anymore so there isnt too much of a point in being in the city for me if im not PD. What depicts SASP from the LSPD? The difference in LSPD and SASP in my perspective would mostly be a jurisdiction difference. So that being said I believe the LSPD only has jurisdiction inside of the city limits, anything outside of the main city would be the jurisdiction of SASP. Besides that being said the SASP should have priority in situations over the LSPD because we are seen as a higher force. What do you have to offer? I have a mass amounts of experience behind my belt, like i said i know I havent been in the city for too long but I have 2 years of RP behind me with a year and half being on multiple police forces from serious RP to semi serious, I have been chief of PD on 5 different cities so I know alot about the training process and how to get new people ready to be a good cop. I have trained, hired, fired hundreds of people in my Fivem PD career and I really know what it takes to be an officer on all levels. What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far? To be honest I dont enjoy rping has a criminal anymore so I have just been medal detecting and gambling until I can find a spot in a police force. Like I said there isnt too much of the point in being in the city for me unless I have a chance at PD. With that being said I did get interviewed by the LSPD and denied for my lack of time in the server, all though i saw the LSPD interview as a joke from their end. I was asked 3 questions and 1 question that was is cereal a soup why or why not. I am just looking to further enjoy the city as a police officer and I feel the SASP would be more suitable and maybe more serious for me since theres no 15 year olds doing interviews on here since its 18+. What makes you suitable for this department? I think I am suitable for the job because of my previous experience. I know how to train new recruits, know how to be a police officer already and wont need much training to get started. I feel being 20 and having a lot of spare time I can bring a good mature attitude to the force and hopefully make everyone on the force alot happier. I just want to better the RP in the city and put some time into being an officer on here. Ranks dont mean much to me im not one to care for promotions since I have been every rank in the book from recruit to cheif. I think I can bring a good mature and knowledgeable personality to the force. Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why. No Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it? I know that the chain of command is a hierarchy of people inside of PD that must be followed. For example the chief and assistant would be the highest in the chain of command and when you are told to do something by them or any other officer at a higher rank you are expected to do so. Also another part of chain of command is if you have a problem or question as a low rank dont necessarily go straight to the chief can always ask a higher up officer such as a Sergeant or LO. Yes You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the police, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction? That would be our situation as the SASP because it is outside the city of los santos and would be in our jurishdiction.
