A washed up former pro Surfer named Ricky More. Ricky grew up in San Francisco with a humble beginning, and had a talent with the board and waves. His glory days are way past him when he was young. One thing lead to another, drug issues and relationship problems ruined Ricky quickly. Years later, working at fast food for all that time, earned him some money to move to Los Santos where he will start anew. An ex-douche turned into a clueless nice guy that has brain damage, and is trying his best to become a better man. Ricky loves the ocean and would love to see the waves on more time, but a traumatic experience still haunts him.
