I NEED HELP WITH A BAN APPEAL. PLEASE!!!

I am fairly new to the city, never been banned before until 2 days ago for a slur. I have now taken the time to read the rules and know what you guys expect out of the community. I hope I can be unbanned and continue to live in Lucid City. Iam no longer in discord and when I go to the ban appeal section it is blacked out and wont let me click on a submit form. PLEASE HELP!! I pay for que prio and everything. I love this server!!

I was banned yesterday for a homophobic slur from a guy and his goons who were harassing me for over 2 hours and saying rasict slurs to me. I learned now that is zero tolerance and will no do again. I pay monthly for que prio and love playing on this server so Ill do anything I can to try and get accepted back. please unban me!!!
