I'm confused on your question. If you want to become a police officer they have applications open every once in a while and you can apply then. If you just are wondering how to play then just load in the game and you will start as a civilian. -

If you can "go in the game" then all you have to do is create your character and load in. If you can't join the server, make sure you steam is open and connected as well as discord being open. Also make sure to join the Lucid Discord. Hope that helps :)
