Blinko HighHeels is the daughter of a rich and powerful family. Her father (Father Heels) invented the high heel, one of the most successful women's wear. Her whole life was surrounded by high heels, it made her sick. Blinko hated high heels, the way the look, the shape everything. One day she told Father Heels she was sick of it, she wasn't going to wear high heels anymore. Father Heels was furious. Blinko was kicked out of the house as a young adult and cut off from the family. She was scared lost and broke. Looking for a way forward she though Los Santos would be a good place to reinvent herself. Unfortunately for her this was not the new life she wanted, drugs achohaul and gambling took over her life for a long 10 years. Fed up with life she decided enough was enough and started planning to take her life. Driving of the pier into the ocean was what she decided on. Blinko sat at the beginning of the pier seeing the long stretch of board walk before her. Her high heel-less foot slams the gas, the benches beside her turn to blurs as she speed to the end. She fly's off into the ocean, Blinko blacks out. When she wakes, the most beautiful fish was swimming before her. It was love at first sight. Blinko and her new fish wife lived at the bottom of the ocean for a few months.
