  1. What is your character name? Christian Pierre What is your Discord username? Toasty ®#1738 Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol? Furthermore, what separates you from other candidates and makes you an asset compared to other applicants? Since I've been a part of Lucid City for almost a year, I'd like to start fresh. I want to contribute to the SAHP's reputation for accountability and integrity. I am intrigued by the SAHP structure and organization. I want to join this department as its newest member because I admire the camaraderie that comes with being a member of it. I want to contribute to the city's safety while also getting to know new people and having meaningful interactions there. Ultimately I want to experience a different side of RP and be apart of enjoyable fun experiences. What separates me from other candidates is that I am a fantastic team player eager to learn. I have great communication skills, which I think the police department would find very useful. I'm constantly looking for ways to better both myself and the people around me. I am a very patient and always maintain my composure when working on challenging tasks. Despite having no prior PD/Trooper experience, I will strive to uphold the SAHP's integrity out of a strong desire to be the best version of myself. In your own words, explain what differentiates state law enforcement from local law enforcement, including jurisdictional concerns, and what duties you will expect to perform in the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Additionally, what other qualities do you believe sets the Highway Patrol apart from other agencies that operate in and around Lucid City? The difference between local law enforcement such as LCSD and LCPD and state law enforcement (SAHP) is that entities like the LCSD and LCPD primarily focus on their jurisdiction within specific areas. For example, LCPD's primary focus would be within the city bounds while the Sherrif department would have primary authority over sandy shores. SAHP on the other hand has jurisdiction over the whole state. The SAHP jurisdiction includes Sandy Shores, the city, and any different location within state bounds. The duties that I will expect to perform in SAHP are patrolling not only the city but Sandy Shores and Palito Bay, responding to emergency calls, engaging with the community allowing the relationship with SAHP and the Lucid community to be healthy. One quality that I belive separates highway patrol from other agencies around Lucid is the mindset and members that make up the SAHP. What is your priority in a situation - preservation of life (including a potential hostage situation) or catching those involved? Why? My number 1 priority in a situation would be the preservation of life. We are law enforcement to try to make the community safer. If that means that for the time being, we have to de-prioritize criminals and focus on a hostage situation so be it. I always want to create the safest possible outcome and have no lives at stake. There will always be another chance to catch a criminal but there will never be another chance at life. While on patrol as a base-rank Trooper, you find yourself having a few negative run-ins with a Corporal after a minor issue on-duty that you felt was resolved. You feel that your disagreement with them goes beyond professional levels and that perhaps this corporal has a personal issue with you. How would you proceed in dealing with this issue, knowing that a Corporal is a supervisor-in-training and a superior rank to you? I would reach out to a rank that is higher than a Corporal like a Sergent or a Captain. I would advise them that I had a negative situation with this Corporal and that I feel like this situation has evolved into a personal issue. I would have then handled the situation in the correct manner and hopefully, I and the Corporal can continue a professional relationship moving forward. While on patrol as a Trooper, you respond to a pursuit of armed felons that just committed a murder. You strike a civilian vehicle in the pursuit. Neither vehicle is disabled and there are no injuries. How do you proceed? I would slow down and make sure that everyone in that car was okay. If both cars were still mobile and the individuals in the car were okay then I would continue the chase as this criminal is very dangerous. While on patrol as a Trooper, you respond and arrive on-scene at a bank robbery at the Fleeca Bank on Great Ocean Highway. While setting up a perimeter and beginning to negotiate with the suspects inside, you receive notification of a panic alarm being activated from an LCPD officer. How would you respond? My immediate reaction would be to radio other officers about the situation. I would tell one unit to stay behind to ensure the safety of the hostages and all other officers would respond to the panic alarm. This would allow us to deal with both situations simultaneously while trying to ensure the safest possible outcome. While on patrol as a Trooper, you respond to a call of suspicious activity - possible narcotics trafficking - in the vicinity of Grove Street. You observe a heavily tinted vehicle exiting the scene as you arrive and decide to pull the vehicle over for a traffic stop. Potentially citing case law as well as reasonable suspicion and probable cause, what are you empowered to do, and what would you do to investigate? Additionally, if the vehicle were to flee immediately upon sight of you, how would that change things? I would arrive at the scene swiftly and quite trying not to alert anyone in the area. I would then attempt to pull the vehicle over for questioning since I have reasonable suspicion that they have been selling drugs. I would then briefly detain the suspect due to my having reasonable suspicion of narcotics trafficking. If the vehicle was to flee at this point we would engage in a chase with lights and sirens and request additional units. Due to these individuals fleeing I would then have probable cause to search any occupants in the car and the vehicle. Do you agree not to ask staff members and/or command staff to look at this application? Yes

  3. What is your Steam profile link? https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561199198672978/ How many hours do you have on Lucid and / or FiveM? 1303 What is your Discord username? Bailey™#1738 How old are you? 19 What is the name of your character? Baley Satto How old is the character you are applying with? 22 What is the phone number of the character you are applying with? 3635445531 What is the background of your character? I was born in Vice city and moved over to lucid about a month ago. I have been scrapping and working at Benny's for the most part. I am cool with akot of people and would love the opportunity to become a piolit. What are your previous jobs and / or current affiliations? I worked at Benny's for over a week, but I recently quite. Why do you want to be a pilot? I still remember the first time I ever set foot on an airplane when I was 8 years old. I cried during take-off, but once we reached our cruising altitude, I couldn't stop watching the clouds outside the window as the sun set over the horizon. Back then, they still let kids go up and meet the piloting team, and I was in awe of their abilities. That was the moment I knew I wanted to be a pilot, as I loved how they sounded confident, calm and powerful. From that point on, every time the pilot's voice came over the speakers, it felt like a special friend telling me I didn't need to worry about my safety. I think the trust in a pilot-passenger relationship is special, and I can't wait to honor it as a pilot. I noticed how much you focused on that relationship on your website, and that is one reason I am drawn to your airline. What makes you different from other individuals that are applying? What makes me different is the fact that I am a very patient and social person. I am respectful to others as long as they respect me and try my best to help people when I can. I set goals for myself and always look for opportunities. One positive is that as I said before I am very patient when it comes to helping people and possess very good verbal communication, which I believe are phenomenal skills to have. Another positive I have is experience working in sales and being a social person. I believe that being able to socialize and meet new people is another crucial aspect of this job. What kind of experience do you have related to flight and piloting? None How active can you be a week? Very active at least 40hours a week Any additional questions? How would the piolit sytem work with the automatic flight rather than a real piolit?
