After a rough time finding employment in Sandy Shores, Billy Clyde, or Dallas as some of his friends call him, has moved to the big city in hopes of making cash and maybe even a name for people to remember. Billy Clyde grew up in a poor household, sometimes dealing drugs during his youth in order to make ends meet. He hopes to lead a legit life of hard-work, but who knows? Maybe the world of crime isn't done with Dallas just yet.
