May I please have the help of a kind Admin whenever they are free and not busy please to assist me in the deletion of my older/outdated/unused characters please

I just flew in, and after a couple minutes I noticed that my weapon was missing. Upon further inspection, I am also negative balance in my bank account and on me. Also missing food and drinks I had. When I flew out of the city last, I had all of the items listed on me. and I had $9k. I tried to log in and out a couple times to see if it was scuffed, but everything is still missing.
