Russel is a former news anchor from Liberty City looking to start fresh in a new town. His ties to the Liberty City mob is what did him in at his old job. Russel is on the quitter side of things but is always watching and listening. This allowed him to always find the biggest scoops when he was in the news. He used his media privilege's to gain access to other mobsters in the Liberty City. He would collect the intel and pass it along to the bosses to work with. Now in a new city not knowing anyone Russel is forced to start over and choice what he will make of his fresh start.
