I guess I need help since it says it banned from from the discord channel for lucidcity. would anyone be able to help? I have tried to message admin but it won't let me saying i need 5 content?

Hello everyone. I have been searching for quite some time for a realistic RP GTA 5 server. I came across you guys and applied. I did run into an issue where it said my discord profile didn't match up. I am newish to discord and not sure what I did wrong. Where should I go to seek help with this? thanks guys
