  1. New SASP application from Billy Club. Character Name Billy Club Discord and Steam Discord: Jarine#2810 & Steam: Jarine33 County and Region USA/EST Age (18+) 40ish How long have you been playing on the server? I originally was in the city in the beginning days around mid January to around March. At that time there were alot of city conductivity issues and my IRL schedule went back into travel status, so my time was very limited and just stopped RPing. My IRL schedule is much different and now can RP consistently. I came back into the City this month. Total est. hours 90+/- Why do you want to join SASP? In short, to protect and serve the community (you may have heard that before:). As a Law Enforcement Officer (LEO), you in-compose community relations, enforcement of laws, protecting citizens and property. As for “Billy” he feels he is good around anyone and has a fun type of attitude. With a lot under his belt, to include the military and L.E. life and now several months in the West Coast now, he would like to find a home and start a consistent LEO career with a good standing Police Department. Billy has patrolled in foreign lands and CONUS in larger jurisdictional department, so becoming a State Trooper and having that responsibility and awareness to prioritize calls and be in strategic places to respond are just few areas where he will be able to provide. Billy does not live off a Win-Win mentality and understands there are usually two sides to every story and the importance to not just enforce laws and city/state policies, but to also inform and assist the community with these factors. Sometimes it is OK to just allow a citizen a second chance and educate them on these policies and laws and allow for a warning. There is always another day. For the times Billy has been in and around the city, he has noticed when several citizens are in need of LEO assistance (robbery, vehicle accidents, reckless drivers, gang wars, and random gun fire) they were not always able to get that assistance. Billy wants to be able to help this State out as a public servant. Billy would also like to have a steady healthy job, paycheck, and benefits. Going to bed each night, knowing he did something to help this community that he lives in, is a great way of life. Because of what is under his belt he can take a fun and more mature approach to things, even with the crazy stuff. He will always take an active and proactive approach to this community. Billy just feels like this would be a good forward moving career for him and to a community that could use good LEOs. What depicts SASP from the LSPD? Traditionally speaking, City PD will have jurisdiction, and in most cases primary jurisdiction on all calls within the city of Los Santos. State Police has full jurisdiction throughout the state of San Andreas, but traditionally will patrol the open areas and primarily highway/rodeway areas within the state. Obviously between Units availability and the priority of the call can determine how often mutual jurisdiction and/or coverage is needed during those situations. When there is joint service arrival and the number of units can allow this, traditionally the city officer will hold primary on the call if it's within the city of Los Santos and the State Trooper would hold primary if it's outside of the city, especially within the roadways of San Andreas. What do you have to offer? (IC) Billy has always enjoyed working in uniform and serving others. He has an ability to work in all kinds of situations (calm to crazy) & still be able to work the scene and keep himself and others calm. On calls, he presents a neutral type demeanor to all that are involved. Billy understands he is representing this city and its “government” while on duty. He is also willing to work with other LEO players who want to go off duty and enjoy time off in the city. (OOC) Well as for me and as you can see, I am not the youngest of them all (be nice!) and can provide a consistent more mature RP attitude. I feel I am good around anyone and have a fun type of attitude. My FiveM GTAV RP gaming time originated back Dec 2018 as a project/research of mine (another story), because of that I have been in a ton of FiveM servers for all these months. I am/have RP’d as Civ/Crim/Gov Char’s(i.e. LEO/EMS/DoJ); been a part of Public/WL/Allowed servers and jobs. I have learned alot and have experienced “literally” all kinds/types of RP. Now, RP has become purely for enjoyment of mine. I am looking to settle in a larger active city with an active LEO department/system and that is also backed by good Owner/Admin/Mod/Dev(s) that keep a city going and consistent. I would like to find a home and have consistent RP and my LEO Char. What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far? My original months in the city, I was a reg. civilian, working thru the city to earn enough to live, get licenses, couple nice cars, and prepare for a possible LEO career, which I was able to get within about 10-14days with LCPD. With my prior LEO experience, I was able to breeze thru the basic training and FTO phases, but always looking to learn and maintain a team player. My current time, after seeing that my landlord cut my lease and the parking company did not maintain my vehicles, I have had to start over. Lucky I kept my Welders Union card and starting back into that line of work, get my licenses and maintain a positive legal life…. What makes you suitable for this department? Billy joined the US Marine Corps to start a new life track. He went through a very rigorous boot camp and Marine Combat Training/ School of Infantry/ and some Military Police courses. He has encompassed a vast variety of skill sets that set him apart from an average Joe. His skill sets allow him to be very aware of his surrounding areas and also be able to act, if or when, scenarios require this. Because of his worldly travels and combat tours, he is able to interact with foreign citizens and also hostile combatants. Billy is able to work long hours in uniform and also maintain a professional attitude and good bearing while performing his official duties. After many years in Corps and several tours, he left to Corps and started another chapter in life in the Civ. Div. (Civilian Division). Billy held several civil service jobs from security guards at federal buildings, parking enforcement, and city and county law enforcement jobs in the east coast. These jobs have allowed him to transition his military skill sets to be tuned and usable in a domestic citizenship setting. He has been able to further train in community relations. Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why. NO, not here or anywhere, not my kind of RP. But no ones perfect. Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it? CHAIN OF COMMAND - The order of rank by which an organization works and assigns authority and responsibility from top management to every employee at every level of the organization. By design, orders and instructions flow down the chain of command and accountability flows up. EXAMPLE: A Chief or Commissioner of a PD is the highest of the command, other high command ranks include Majors, Captains, and Lieutenants. Mid command can be First Sergeants, Sergeants, and Corporal. Lower chain of command is Sr. Officer, Officer, Cadet, Recruit. Order and Discipline are a must in the LEO industry and most are organized along paramilitary lines. I 100% Agree Do you agree that you will act respectfully and maturely at any and all times? Yes Do you understand that you could receive consequences from your supervisors if you fail to follow the rules? Yes All applicants are required to read and understand the community policies, have you done so? Yes Do you understand that you can be removed or blacklisted from the department if you receive a certain amount of disciplinary actions? Yes Do you agree not to ask staff members or members of the department command staff about this application? Yes Do you understand that you must show respect regardless of age or affiliation? Yes Do you believe you put the necessary effort into this application? Yes You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the Los Santos Police Department, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction? Well, I kind of explained this in my prior answer. However, again traditionally speaking, the primary jurisdiction agency would maintain the scene (SASP Sgt.). There are some exceptions in regards to, possible command, procedural, policy, or legal processes that possibly the LSPD Commander would have the greater authority by rank to make that call, but doesn't necessarily become primary on that scene as they could yield to the jurisdiction agency. It should be noted, there could be several variables to this. The expectation would be that there is already joint agency agreement and procedural policy between these agencies for these joint agency scenes.
