Hello I'm looking to get approved on starting a new storyline onto Lucid City. He would be a really hefty person in the city trying to make a new life in the city as a Taxi driver. But he is not your every day driver he wants to make sure that every customer is having an experience that they all can remember. Also if his taxi does not work out i heard that he wants to start a whole new Uber/Taxi service for the city where everyone is happy where every they may be. Thank you for the time. ( i also have tons of hours in the city and have not had any problems with gov and would like to create a new arc for a character. Thanks.
