I have personally played a couple servers on FiveM have not found one like this, My character: Chev Protects the prospecting area in turn for cheap rubber and plastic prices from the prospectors and makes profit through upselling, the occasional bank robbery a lot of racing and some firefights between small organizations is what mostly makes up his life.
