Hello, I understand there is a rule behind if you kill someone for absolutely no reason you will get banned. But heres the thing, what if one guy lies and gets the other guy ban only for the reason because he is butthurt? The guy gets banned for no reason and has to appeal and wait a couple of days to continue playing. Exactly what happened to me. so heres my suggestion, instead of banning straight away like what happened to me as the guy could be lying and telling a whole one sided story, you bring the guy into discord and have him explain his side too therefore it would avoid the false ban and have him waste a whole few days of not playing because of some guy who just wanted to ruin someones time. Just think about this please and consider it because im here still waiting on my false ban for some guy who most likely told a one sided biased story when it could of been avoided if i was pulled in discord and spoken and had to explain.

So, as staff we never ban someone from just a story. There had to be video evidence that showed the rule breaks. Usually the main objective is to get both sides of the story but sometimes that is not possible. This is why we have the ban appeal system. The ban appeal gives you the opportunity to say your side or apologize for your actions for a possible reduction or removal of a ban.
