Frankie "Bag a Bones" Vullo was born into a family of notorious mobsters in New York City. His father, Vito Vullo, was a high-ranking member of the Mafia, and his mother, Maria, was a doting housewife who had resigned herself to the lifestyle that came with being married to a gangster.

Growing up, Frankie was always a bit of an oddball. He was tall and lanky, with greasy black hair and an insatiable appetite for drugs. His parents tried their best to keep him on the straight and narrow, but Frankie was never interested in following in their footsteps. He spent most of his time getting high and causing trouble, much to his family's dismay.

The one person who always had Frankie's back was his older brother, Vinny. Vinny was everything Frankie was not: responsible, level-headed, and committed to getting out of the family business. He had been saving up for years to move to a place called "Lucid City," a small town on the West Coast where he hoped to start a new life away from the violence and corruption of New York. When Frankie found out that Vinny was planning to leave, he was devastated. Vinny had always been his rock, the one person he could turn to when things got tough. With his brother gone, Frankie felt like he had no one left.

Desperate to follow Vinny to Lucid City, Frankie hatched a plan to rob his parents. He knew it was a risky move, but he was willing to do whatever it took to be reunited with his brother. In the dead of night, Frankie broke into his parents' safe and stole a large sum of money. With the cash in hand, he bought a one-way plane ticket to Lucid City and left New York behind.

Now, Frankie is in a new city with no friends or connections. He knows that he's burned his bridges with his family back home, but he's determined to start over and make a new life for himself and find his brother. Despite his addiction and troubled past, he's a survivor at heart, and he's not afraid to do whatever it takes to make it in Lucid City.
