Moving from base to base as a child, Sypher JoeMama's military upbringing gave him a strong sense of discipline and perseverance. From an early age, Sypher was enthralled with the tales and views of airplanes told by his father, who was in the Air Force, and he always dreamed of flying himself. Because of his love of order and keen sense of detail, Sypher tended to lead a straight-and-narrow lifestyle and placed a high value on consistency, accountability, and hard work.

Originally a long-haul truck driver, Sypher JoeMama was renowned for his dependability and steady management of challenging routes. He is currently concentrating on making the switch to aviation, completing his flight hours and obtaining his pilot's license in order to fulfill his dream of flying for an airline.
