Reagan (Rex) Price

My name is Reagan Price but my family back home calls me Rex. I'm from a small town near Charleston, South Carolina. My older sister and I were orphaned  in a house robbery gone wrong when I was 7 years old and we've been living with our Aunt/Uncle ever since. I've been prone to commit petty crimes (shoplifting, vandalism, etc), and I've held great respect for the great criminal masterminds of the ages. That being said, I have no qualms with the law, and will generally comply with police. Shortly after I turned 25, I decided to move to Lucid City in an attempt to create a brand new life, whichever direction it goes is yet to be seen.
