CAN SOMEONE HELP ME I GOT PERM BANNED FOR EVADING BAN BUT THIS IS MY FIRST TIME PLAYING ???

Hi anyone who sees this hopefully staff members i was playing lucid city and i got perm banned towards the end of tsu and the reason it said was because of "Ban evading"? this is my first time playing fivem i just bought it and this is my first pc i got my brother gave to me so i dont know how i am getting banned i wasnt called into waiting room i just got kicked out of the discord with no explaination and now i cant play the lucid server if i can get a mod or staff to help me please i would really appreciate it i was having a lot of fun in that city and i would like to come back please i really dont know how i am getting banned this is my expericance with fivem so i dont know what i did to do this and this is the only this i am able to do in here i cant submit a ban appeal  ??? i dont know why
