How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer?
Lawyers have several duties that they undertake. One is to advise our clients and represent them in criminal and civil cases. Getting documents together and ready, dealing with pleas and appearing in court to take over on behalf of the client.

Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain.
I have a BA(Honours) Philosophy and Psychological studies with a focus on ciminal law and pshycology

Why do you want to be a lawyer?
I want to be a lawyer for several reasons. Main reason is that being in a position where we have the knowledge to help someone who is innocent and/or reducing sentencing for said individual. Being able to solve problems and help.

How are you different from other applicants?
I'd say what sets me apart is a good intrest in law and some prior knowledge of law IRL as well as i can be very empathetic or sympathetic depending on the client, I am willing to learn and help others if I have information they need.

How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer?
I am willing to invest several hours a day at least.

Why do you want to join SASP?
I wanted to join a law enforcement agency because it is the best way to help people and keep the city as safe as possible and organised. I want to be a part of the solution rather than an individual on the sidelines not being able to help as much as I want to. Being able to get into a job that allows me to do this would be the ideal situation for myself as helping is one of my main goals whenever I fly in.

What depicts SASP from the LSPD?
SASP is the San Andreas State police who are able to protect and patrol the roads where the LSPD are more focused in the City and the local crime. I fell the SASP is able to cover a wider range and help more people stuck or in bad situations that are far out of the way. In this I think the SASP has a tougher but more rewarding and respected job.

What do you have to offer?
I am a diligent and hard worker. I am not easily deterred from what I want to accomplish with fellow officer and people that need help.

What makes you suitable for this department?
I am active and wanting to help people as well as being someone who likes to spend a lot of time going around and doing odd jobs, patrols etc. I am very keen on helping and monitoring the area that is assigned and workign with fellow officers to make sure that criminals are apprehended and that people that are doing nothing wrong are protected and moved away from danger.

no as far as I am aware, I have been involved in reporting other who have broken rules and such.

Chain of command is a system of superiority where you start at the bottom and work your way up through dilligence, hard work and knowledge. The higher your rank the more important you are in that chain of command and the more respect and responsibility you have to yourself, your colleagues and what you have to protect.

You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the Los Santos Police Department, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction?
SASP has juristriction even though the LSPD commander is there.
