Why does the game crash whenever i try to change my face? I either have to play as a Michael with no eyes or the game crashes. wtf?

Is it normal to spawn in falling out of the sky as Michael? The other servers I've played on do the zoom in thing from the map to your character.

This is the only server that just does not load. I fall through the map constantly. Roads, buildings, shops, cars, etc are invisible. I've tried deleting cache, putting settings on low, and all of the other suggestions. Is it the server or what? I would love to play with you guys, but I can't. How are all of you able to play?
