Kura Maki just flew in from Japan as he flees from the Yakuza. He lives by a code of Loyalty and Honor, but his Boss asked him to do the one moral thing he can't do. So he crossed the Yakuza and is now residing in Los Santos where he plans to go where the wind takes him.
