    Only refund if you lost something due to a bug and you have got proof! We won't refund anything that you lost because of your own mistakes.

    I was at the casino gambling 100k blackjack hands and for 2 consecutive hands the game thought i was playing in multple seats so everytime i finsihed a hand it said lost with 0 then also show the hand I either won or lost with.

    I was gambling at the casino and server just randomly went down or crashed not sure. i have proof but cant attatch it on the forums. Also happened 20 min ago i have to refund for same thing.
