    How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer?
    A lawyer is a licensed professional who advises and represents others in legal matters. He uphold the law while also protecting a client’s rights.

    Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain.
    Somehow yes. OOC I worked as an officer controlling for the military in a prison, so I'm familiar with that kind of jurisdiction in my country of origin. I asked many lawyers in Lucid City to be present as an observer and to be mentored on their job.

    Why do you want to be a lawyer?
    I spend most of my time in LC in low-traffic times. Unfortunately, hardly any lawyer is present during these hours, leaving many citizen rights unprotected. Another important reason is the huge RP potential of the job.

    How are you different from other applicants?
    I have great credential and recommendations (please see my CV at https://jumpshare.com/v/Ix2AYQOI4Kz5nSUPvEi0 with OOC experience, IRL employers names are changed). I'm familiar with the judicial branch of LC and I know the city and his citizen very well.

    How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer?
    If hired, all my time in LC will be invested on-duty, I spend about 30hr a week in the city at the moment (subject to change due to OOC work, consider a minima of 15hrs for the upcoming future)

    Does your character have a criminal record?
    No

    What is your current occupation on the server?
    I'm a VIP driver for Lucid Taxi Company, I did more than a thousand fares and reached the top of my driver career. As the application has limited words, please contact me for more detail on my preparation for this application.

    Have you received any disciplinary actions in the past? If so, why were you disciplined, and what have you learned from that mistake?
    I did. It was a mistake on my side with wording used in a RP scenario. Although is present and used in GTA, I failed to realize that streamers and content creators may have stricter rules. Please let me know if you wish to see the report on this matter.

    How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer?
    The lawyer provide a vital service in the world of the law. From providing advice to assit their clients by representing them in a court. A lawyer is a person that dedicated is life for the comprehension and application of the law.

    Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain.
    In Lucid City I discovered the lawyer world via Saul Goodman, I met him while waiting for a visit at the hospital and he was so kind to show me around his workplace and explain the job. OOC I have experience in military law as I worked in prison.

    Why do you want to be a lawyer?
    The law always fascinated me, I started my journey in LCRP whit the intention of having a crystal clean criminal record, and I want to help others do the same. I believe that in order to avoid getting in trouble with the law, you need to know it very well

    How are you different from other applicants?
    I'm mature, experienced in similar field and I believe my OOC job (air traffic controller) give me a certain curriculum in the matter of reliability and professionalism. In addition, I'm often available in different hours than US based lawyer.

    How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer?
    At the very least 5 hours a week + 3 to 4 in the weekend. I work 100% OOC and let's say that my Gf wouldn't be too happy if I spended all my free time on LCRP. However, I still have a fair share of time that if hired, I would 100% invest in my job.

    Does your character have a criminal record?
    It does not. The only time I got stopped by the police was the first day in the city for a speeding ticket which was payed on the spot.

    What is your current occupation on the server?
    I'm opening a business online for sale of products from Cayo Perico, is called "Exotic Leaves" and while is not yet operative you can find it on Vibe. I'm still in a phase of cutting a deal with the government for an import tax on the goods.

    Have you received any disciplinary actions in the past? If so, why were you disciplined, and what have you learned from that mistake?
    Unfortunately a little accident happened in the past, I let my self go a bit too far with the language and let a homophobic slur slip although I tought it was fine due to the nature of the GTA saga. I immediately apologized and realized my mistake.
