Why do you want to join SASP?
I would really like to see more LE in the Sandy-Paleto area. Like most Sheriff agencies, I imagine SASP is going to be the older brother of LCPD that has a wider skill set: Fish and Wild Life, Aquatics, Bounty Division, etc.

What depicts SASP from the LSPD?
SASP covers Sandy and Paleto

What do you have to offer?
I feel more at home with DOJ RP, I am a pretty good shot, I have worked for a local PD in my home town with a civilian outreach program, lived around DOJ for most of my life, and aspiration to making SASP the envy of LE in this city.

Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why.
I had a warning that did not touch my account (from what I was told) for failRP due to pulling out a weapon when someone else did because I had backup.

CoC is the rule of contacting your CO before going to your Commissioner for equipment requests :) I agree to comply.

How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer?
Legal representation and research for a client's needs depending on the specific field of expertise

Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain.
I will list them in order of expience gained: child custody and fostering, marrige, property damage and liability, legal repesentation in renter's agreement discrepency, police protocol for "probable cause", and traffic violations.

Why do you want to be a lawyer?
A few reasons: there needs to be more than one, as city population grows the need grows, I have witnessed cop corruption (that was great), I have experience, and I have personal contacts who have been waiting actual weeks just for a call back.

How are you different from other applicants?
I have spent years in the legal system for many different situations and wanted to be a lawyer as a child

How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer?
Due to the need of legal representation needed in the city: most of my in city time.

Have you received any disciplinary actions in the past? If so, why were you disciplined, and what have you learned from that mistake?
Nothing outside of a warning that didn't go on my record because of a "wash" rp situation (my clip and his clip showed two different things due to city lag)

[A couple of suggestions.]

1. Refund Requests: have a mod (or similar position) acknowledge a persons post with ETA for review or something to that nature. This can apply to most anything staff related on forums really, but you get it.

2. Update to the business posts to show to active, inactive, and available businesses / business locations.

3. Removal of a user's post with a link to XXX material as it isn't appropriate for those who are under the age of 18 or location equivalent .

4. Update to Rule "19.03 - If the server restarts mid scenario, reconnect and finish the scene. If you do not, it is considered combat logging." to reflect a possible waiting period given the fact there are those who have 2+ hour wait times due to no prio (rip). It takes me 10 minutes tops on any given day.
