How long have you been playing on the server?
30 hours and I joined the server on 4/28/2021

Why do you want to join SASP?
I want to join the SASP after my interactions with the two forms of the police being the SASP and the LSPD. I want to be able to help keep all of San Andreas safe and functioning. Only working for the state police i feel wouldn't utilize my skill set to its fullest ability. After talking to an officer with the SASP I think that with the diverse career options it would be beneficial for me to be on the force. Being a public servant is always something I've wanted to do and helping the people would be my dream.

What depicts SASP from the LSPD?
From my understanding and RPing with an officer from the SASP the biggest difference seems to be jurisdiction and career options. The SASP covers all of the state whereas the LSPD only covers the city. The other way that the SASP differs is the different divisions on the force of the police. I was topld that the SASP is offering or will be offering K9 divisions, marine, and air. The ability to help all of the state with affairs sounds more engaging and useful than being locked down to just the city.

What do you have to offer?
I feel that I have a very humanitarian personality. I am hopeful to make the process that the community needs like permits and information readily available. I am able to be around quite often at nights. My strongest trait would be that I am very community outreach oriented. I want the community of Lucid to think of us as police as someone they can approach when they need things. Not as the bad guys trying to ruin the RP. I want to be an open book with as many people when I can when it comes to the handling of police affairs unless the investigation requires me to be discrete.

What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far?
I have been working as a low time criminal, chopping cars, to get by but I also have done a lot by ways of legal money making. I have been doing chicken processing, prospecting, and dumpster diving. I've spent a lot of time getting to know the other citizens of Lucid and the way the city runs.

What makes you suitable for this department?
What makes me suitable for this department is my ability as a leader. I know how to get to the root of a problem and can oversee the crimes from other areas outside of just the city. I am very approachable and my first instincts are always to play the part of my characters to as real life as possible.

Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why.
The two times I would think that I've received any warnings would have been 5/10 when I attempted to mug someone through RP with a knife and someone came to me with a gun saying I could not rob someone at knife point. He ended up calling gov after ruining my RP and failed my RP. It turned in to a thing and I got a verbal warning from gov. The other time would've been 5/11 when I was RPing to find the difference between the LSPD and the SASP and getting in to an argument, but the gov took my side.

Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it?

I have been familiarizing myself with it and I will adhere to the chain of command when disputes arise. Outside of discord I also understand there will be a chain of command within the department and I will respect and follow the orders of my superiors within the police force.

Do you agree that you will act respectfully and maturely at any and all times?
    Yes

Do you understand that you could receive consequences from your supervisors if you fail to follow the rules?
    Yes

All applicants are required to read and understand the community policies, have you done so?
    Yes

Do you understand that you can be removed or blacklisted from the department if you receive a certain amount of disciplinary actions?
    Yes

Do you agree not to ask staff members or members of the department command staff about this application?
    Yes

Do you understand that you must show respect regardless of age or affiliation?
    Yes

Do you believe you put the necessary effort into this application?
    Yes

You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the police, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction?
In regards to jurisdiction in a real life setting, the state police Sergeant would hold the higher authority because it is in their jurisdiction. Even though the Commander holds a higher rank it is outside the city and therefore falls under the Sergeant's jurisdiction first.
