How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer?
The main duty of a lawyer is to know the law. Knowing, understanding, and being able to use the law to help a client is essential in being a good law.
Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain.
I have previous experience in Lucid City as a LEO. I had another character that worked as a police officer and then deputy sheriff before resigning.
Why do you want to be a lawyer?
The main reason I want to be a lawyer is that it is something I have yet to do. In my time in Lucid City, I have owned multiple businesses, been the underdon of a verified family, and spent time playing as an LEO. I want to try the law side next.
How are you different from other applicants?
As mentioned in the above questions, I know the laws of Lucid City, as I was a deputy sheriff on my other character. I can facilitate communication easily with community members, people in higher authority, and colleagues; with the skills I learned as be
How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer?
I am looking to invest roughly 10-15 hours a week to be a lawyer. But as I have seen since I was unbanned there are not many active lawyers so I can be on more if needed.
Does your character have a criminal record?
My character has been arrested twice but was cleared of all charges on both incidents.
What is your current occupation on the server?
Currently I am working at a manager at the 200 gun store.
Have you received any disciplinary actions in the past? If so, why were you disciplined, and what have you learned from that mistake?
I have been banned from Lucid City multiple times. Most recently was for wearing a black flag after my crew was disbanded. I learned not to wear any gang identifiers if I am not in a gang as I will be banned for it.
