Xander Van Deoceaan Is a 22 year old guy who moved to the city looking for a fresh start out of school away from their hometown. They are dutch but were born in the states after their parents moved to Washington.
Xander likes to meet new people and considers his close friends family, His plans in the city are to first meet some potential friends and learn about the city and what it has to offer. After that he's gonna look for a decent job to make some money.
Fun fact: Xander prefers to ride bikes than drive because it allows him to "Take in the world without any rush", He also goes by nicknames such as "X", "Xan", or formally as "Mr. Oceaan".
