  1. New SASP application from Valeri Vasiliev. Character Name Valeri Vasiliev Discord and Steam Discord: Jryzi#0954 Steam: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198110715349/ County and Region United Kingdom Age (18+) 18 How long have you been playing on the server? About 3 months now Why do you want to join SASP? I would like to join SASP because this is a whole other side to police roleplay that many servers don't have and something I have missed, I would like to get away from the casual police roleplay for once in a while. I heard that the k9 unit would be added and think this would force a lot more roleplay into this department and think this is a great idea to try, as well as this in-state police this would require a lot more driving on the highways and/or bumpy off-road terrain which can set more challenges in my skills set. I think that this would be a great opportunity to expand on my roleplaying skills and enhance the roleplay quality for other people and create fun roleplay scenarios which can be enjoyed from both parties. This is something that the server sometimes lacks and needs a lot more deep roleplay scenarios between police and civilians. I also know how to respond and handle situations ranging from disputes, witness statements to traffic stops and arrests. I have basic knowledge of policing like where and when to shoot at a suspect which would be the centre mass. I also know the lethal pyramid, when to draw a non-lethal weapon and when to draw a lethal weapon. What depicts SASP from the LSPD? Some people may not see much difference between standard Police officers and Troopers but there are many activities that separate them not just the jurisdiction, although they do go through very similar training and use similar if not the same equipment. State police usually tend to have more jurisdiction as they are the state police this can give them activities such as patrolling the highway whereas the Police Department will patrol their civilised areas within the city and keep lives safe there they do not go out into the country such as state police. Both Departments have their own SOP's and they have their differences in how the jurisdictions are controlled and how they are run by the superiors. When there is joint service arrival to a situation, traditionally the city officers will hold primary on the call if it's within the city of Los Santos and the State Trooper would hold primary if it's outside of the city, especially within the roadways of San Andreas. What do you have to offer? I have 1,382 hrs on record mostly of RP in FiveM and a good 1/3 of this being Police roleplay in all sorts of fields and ranks. This ranges from Deputy Recruit up to a Seargent on active servers. I have a lot of experience in communications, from traffic stops to negotiation from bank alarms meaning that I can resolve any sort of problem. Furthermore, I am a highly capable driver and can pursue in highspeed but also know how to handle a weapon of any sort and when to use non-lethal and when to use lethal force using the lethal pyramid. This means that you will only draw the lethal weapon when either your life or someone else's such as a partners life is in great danger, if the suspect is simply just running away you will resort to a non-lethal option such as a taser as they cannot harm you but you may use this if they do not listen to your command and may take action with the taser if this is a reasonable force to use. I can also offer a high level of roleplay giving off good experience in situations and make them more fun and interactive using my previous experience of being a Deputy. What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far? So far within lucid, I have been roleplaying as a delivery driver for a store, I have also been in the trading business briefelly buying resources and materials to resell them at higher value, Security for Lucid Imports Dealership, and generally interacting with people and businesses to create contacts and get to know some people. What makes you suitable for this department? The values I believe that is the core to this department and community is honesty, professionalism, trust and responsibility. Building that honesty and trust in the community makes a lot of lives easier and builds a strong foundation between the police and the civilians. Professionalism is also highly important to remain that standard that is required of you and there is nothing wrong with having a joke or a laugh as that's what makes the day better however you cannot be a total idiot as this puts you in a very bad position and can get you fired for doing such acts. Responsibility also falls well with honesty and trust and you must take responsibility for your actions this being good or bad as long as you own up for what you have done. I believe that I am suitable for this department as I have all the traits and will hold for what is right listening to the chain of command and remaining professional at all times, being honest with my peers and gaining trust from the community. Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why. I have recieved a ban before when I was very new to the server for using an external crosshair by not knowing that it was against the rules to use one and some other servers simply don't mind and its personal preference, since then I have faced my consequences and re-read the rules again to understand them better and learned my lesson from my mistake in the past. Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it? Yes I know what the chain of command is and how it works. The Chain of command all follows down from the highest to the lowest, the Chief Deputy bing the highest will have the most power over everyone and will lead the next few commanding ranks under him and will hand priority to them to lead the supervisors under them and the lower ranks after that will report to the supervisors, while the supervisors report everything up to command. Also in the chain of command you will have to respect everyone but more so the ranks higher than you and listen to their commands issued, if you have any question you will ask the rank above you and if they cannot help you would only then go above them. I agree to comply with the chain of command and listen to what is expected of me. Do you agree that you will act respectfully and maturely at any and all times? Yes Do you understand that you could receive consequences from your supervisors if you fail to follow the rules? Yes All applicants are required to read and understand the community policies, have you done so? Yes Do you understand that you can be removed or blacklisted from the department if you receive a certain amount of disciplinary actions? Yes Do you agree not to ask staff members or members of the department command staff about this application? Yes Do you understand that you must show respect regardless of age or affiliation? Yes Do you believe you put the necessary effort into this application? Yes You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the Los Santos Police Department, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction? The Sergeant from the State Police would take command because Paleto Bay falls within SASP's jurisdiction.
