  1. Hello everyone! I've never played GTA this way before, but it looks very promising and seems like a great way to wind down and relax, as well as meet new people. I look forward to learning the ropes and apologize in advance if/when I mess up. Any advice or general help would be greatly appreciated!
  2. New SASP application from Richard Steele. Character Name Richard Steele Discord and Steam PreVayle County and Region USA North America Age (18+) 34 How long have you been playing on the server? New to server, Just joined today Why do you want to join SASP? The SASP would provide a great opportunity to develop an interesting story for my character. He is a former D1 athlete who was supposed to go pro, but suffered a career ending injury. He has a hero complex that was exacerbated even further by his 8 years on combat assignments with the Army Rangers. After re-injuring his previous college injury, he was forced to medically retire and is now looking to continue serving at the state level. Steele sees the state police as the ideal transition back to civilian life, and as a good way to learn the area. Steele believes that city police are soft and that the State Police are the dominant authority around. He follows protocol and chain of command, but secretly has a problem with authority as he believes he is more qualified than his peers. What depicts SASP from the LSPD? I'm not too sure what is being asked, but I will do my best to answer. SASP are state police and have jurisdiction over the entire state, including highways and serving warrants. The LSPD is responsible for maintaining order within the city and has jurisdiction within city limits. What do you have to offer? I have 7 years military experience, so chain of command and attention to detail are priorities and well-engrained. What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far? None What makes you suitable for this department? My grandfather was a sheriff IRL, so I understand how generally things are organized. My character seems to have an innate desire to serve and sees this as the most suitable position for him. He is eager to learn, and hopes to one day be able to prove he is worthy of the crest. Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why. no Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it? Yes. Chain of command is the order in which you elevate issues/concerns and always try to resolve at the lowest level possible Do you agree that you will act respectfully and maturely at any and all times? Yes Do you understand that you could receive consequences from your supervisors if you fail to follow the rules? Yes All applicants are required to read and understand the community policies, have you done so? Yes Do you understand that you can be removed or blacklisted from the department if you receive a certain amount of disciplinary actions? Yes Do you agree not to ask staff members or members of the department command staff about this application? Yes Do you understand that you must show respect regardless of age or affiliation? Yes Do you believe you put the necessary effort into this application? Yes You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the Los Santos Police Department, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction? I'm not familiar with where that location is, but if its within city limits the Commander has top authority, likewise if its outside of city limits the SP has jurisdiction.
