Joined the server 4 weeks ago, probably 100-150 hrs Why do you want to join SASP? The State Police really Interest me because of its Frontier feeling, having always been more of a blue collar person it fits my personality to be in the wide open spaces of Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay! Personally I enjoy the idea of being apart of a team I've always wanted to be apart of the Police force ever since I flew into the server, being able to do as much good for the most amount of people has really been my main focus. Leaving people with a sense of "what a pleasant guy", or a general enjoyment from any interaction whether it be in my favor or not, the main goal is to leave a person/situation a little better than I found it. When it comes to being able to cast a wide net to do the greatest good for the greatest number of people there really is no better place than the LCPD, being able to meet new people and resolve complex problems/situation has always been a passion of mine, mixed with an ambition to work hard and be apart of a team I feel there is no place better suited for my skills than the PD. What depicts SASP from the LSPD? From my understanding, the SASP is responsible for/Has jurisdiction within; the outskirts of the metropolitan core of entire Map, patrolling streets in Sandy Shores/Paleto and all the more Rural areas of the Map. Aswell as being responsible for the highways that run through these more sparse areas. What do you have to offer? My largest asset I bring to the table is adaptability and willingness to learn, I don't claim to be the best at everything right away but you can expect 100% of my effort at all times aswell as a consistent work ethic in order to get better everyday in the hopes of becoming a useful and effective team member to the State Police. What roleplay have you been primarily carrying out in Lucid City so far? As of late my main Focus has been Security work as well as working in part time managerial roles for a few stores with the more northern parts of Lucid City. Many of these jobs have led to interaction with other citizens that venture off into other business opportunities or just general fun. Most of the time I focus on working security which obviously has many parallels to law enforcement already. What makes you suitable for this department? What makes me most suitable for this Department is the Idea that no situation or jurisdiction is unimportant, and I want to make them feel that way. Not satisfied with lazily patrolling quiet forest pathways, I would instead like to bring an Aire of community to the areas of Lucid that most people treat as a pitstop to where they are going. Instead we as the state police we/ I can make these more rural areas feel distinct from the rest of the City aswell as build a sense of community within these often overlooked areas. Have you received any disciplinary in the pas, as well as any bans or warnings? If so describe why. No, no Disciplinary actions taken against me ATALL! Do you know what the chain of command is? If so explain it and, do you agree to comply with it? The chain of command is an structure of ranks that decides who is in charge of whom and of whom permission must be asked. Where one person of a Certain rank reports directly to the superior rank above them I.e a Private Reports to his Sgt. and the Sgt reports to his Lt. and so on ensuring that no one person needs to take on the role of all the responsibility. It is instead the responsibility of each rank to ensure the person below them in said Chain of command trained to the standard they are required to be. Yes All applicants are required to read and understand the community policies, have you done so? Yes Do you understand that you can be removed or blacklisted from the department if you receive a certain amount of disciplinary actions? Yes Do you believe you put the necessary effort into this application? Yes You get a call that there is a bank robbery in Paleto bay, there is a Sergeant from the state police present, and a commander from the Los Santos Police Department, who takes command of the situation in regards of jurisdiction? In this situation (and many like it) there are many complexities and it would be wrong to say anyone of the two would handle the situation better than the other; that being said as Paleto Bay falls under the Jurisdiction of the State Police it is only right that the Sgt establish command and control of the situation because the Sgt most likely knows his Jurisdiction in more detail that the commander of another police force. That being said the Sgt would be advised to take the council of the Commander as that person most likely has much more experience to draw from than the Sgt.
