There needs to be RDM and VDM specific workers. Too many times this has happened to me, someone I know, or someone in front of me and the majority of the time nobody shows up. Most people don't understand why nobody shows up and how busy government workers are. If this is truly the case, why can't government workers be hired and placed in a specific role for RDM and VDM occurrence? This would free time for other government officials who have to deal with things that take up the majority of their time. Too many people come into the city to cause havoc for no reason by immediately running people over, stabbing someone or even shooting someone if they're lucky enough to afford a gun that early. These types of people need a quick flight out of the city and by having someone constantly monitoring these (SPECIFIC) situations, the city could be a much safer place. Especially around Pillbox!
