Hello my name is Tipsy Dangler. I recently moved to Lucid City. Financially driven and power hungry because of my curiosity, drive and ambition. I plan on familiarizing myself and working through the ranks but not stopping short of creating my own empire....legally or illegally. The city is soon meet Tipsy ;)
