You have to be in the discord to start off with, and then you launch fivem and look for lucid city rp. If you have any further questions, you are able to join the waiting room in the lucid city discord and someone will be there to assist you further. I hope this helps! Nicky

Yeah usually when this happens it means that your IP address has been banned for a few different reasons. Moving forward if this happens, please make a ban appeal in the forums.
