Why do you wish to join the San Andreas Highway Patrol? Furthermore, what separates you from other candidates and makes you an asset compared to other applicants?
I wish to join LCPD because its always been a interest for the RP. The way it is set up and the way things go down is very interesting to me. I love the way chases go. I've RP in other servers for police and I enjoyed it. I would love to be able to do it in my main server. The thing that can separate me from others is that I have been a cop in other servers before and have hours of experience. Another thing is the amount of hours that I could work for the force. I have had a job at Hayes and so I have a lot of experience with people.

In your own words, explain what differentiates state law enforcement from local law enforcement, including jurisdictional concerns, and what duties you will expect to perform in the San Andreas Highway Patrol. Additionally, what other qualities do you believe sets the Highway Patrol apart from other agencies that operate in and around Lucid City?

How would you proceed in dealing with this issue, knowing that a Corporal is a supervisor-in-training and a superior rank to you?
I myself could take the entire scenario and recognize that my Corporal is in first-class priority for me. Everyone's not perfect, however being in regulation enforcement calls for you to not make recognizable errors which ought to be the basic. So in turns I could recognize my Corporals field and paintings difficult on now no longer making the identical errors again.

If both Vehicles are not damaged and the civilian does not need medical attention I will pursue the convict. I would do my best to make sure to keep with the dangerous suspects.

While on patrol as a Trooper, you respond and arrive on-scene at a bank robbery at the Fleeca Bank on Great Ocean Highway. While setting up a perimeter and beginning to negotiate with the suspects inside, you receive notification of a panic alarm being activated from an LCPD officer. How would you respond?
I would value the officers life over the bank. The bank is just some stolen items that can be returned/replaced. The officers life cannot be replaced.

While on patrol as a Trooper, you respond to a call of suspicious activity - possible narcotics trafficking - in the vicinity of Grove Street. You observe a heavily tinted vehicle exiting the scene as you arrive and decide to pull the vehicle over for a traffic stop. Potentially citing case law as well as reasonable suspicion and probable cause, what are you empowered to do, and what would you do to investigate? Additionally, if the vehicle were to flee immediately upon sight of you, how would that change things?
I arrived at the scene of the suspicious activity with the lights and sirens off so the criminals wouldn't know I was in the area and couldn't escape before I got there. If the vehicle suspected of selling the drugs fled the area I would stop the vehicle and ask for their ID and driver's license and then explain to them the reason for the stop as I can't stop them since I have only a reasonable suspicion that I'm not at probable cause that they sell the drugs. But if I tell them that this vehicle is suspected of selling drugs, it may cause the driver to flee the area, which would likely give me reason to search them if I catch them chasing.

Going and defending clients in jail cells that are being arrested or charged. To middle man for people.

I have quite a bit of experience IRL with real lawsuits court cases and etc. I also am pretty good with civics classes and going into college civics.

Why do you want to be a lawyer?
I want to be a lawyer because I enjoy just talking and helping people.

Not a lot is probably different besides the fact that I strive to help others out in the Jurisdiction of law.

It is helping of the people. I would be there for my client in jail cells. I would be there to advise and to represent for my client in private legal matter. Explain laws and ruling to and for my client.

I am going to major in civics and I know all about law. I can almost do anything or explain anything related to legal opportunitys.

Why do you want to be a lawyer?
I want to be a lawyer for the ability to help people in need. I want to be able to serve the people. I would love the satisfaction of serving my client in the court of law. It also gives me the opportunity to be in a prestige and a better chance 2 society

The background is of a resourceful human being. He makes best of what he is given. He takes nothing for gratitude. His entire life has been to server the people and help the community. He has never done anything illegal or been prosecuted.

My current affiliations include doing deliveries runs for whoever is needing them. I work for anyone. I also might do some logging and sanitation. It is all in what I am feeling for the day.

 

Why do you want to be a pilot?

I want to be a pilot to experience the customers satisfaction and to help out people in need. Also I just would love the ability to be able to fly to the island. I would love the experience.

Things that make me differnet is that I am Dingle Berry. I am a kind hearted fellow that just wants to help people in any way that they need. I am one that will do anything for anyone.

My uncle and father are pilots and I have even been able to fly my uncles plane. I am experienced in flying in the city from almost 10 years I have had GTA
