Dylan Baker What country & region are you from? USA - EST How would you explain the duties of a Lawyer? The duties of a lawyer are to represent your clients and provide them with legal advice. In addition to this it is also the duty of a lawyer to ensure that clients are aware of their rights, and to protect those rights afforded to them under the law. Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain. Yes, In WL I have been a private attorney and I am currently the District Attorney (have been for almost 6 months). Why do you want to be a lawyer? Well two reasons - 1, to help out in Public and 2 to make a name for myself to hopefully be able to become a traveling judge between both cities to support the need and be a provider of RP. How are you different from other applicants? I'm dedicated to the role as seen in WL and put forth great RP that helps to further the legal process. How much time are you willing to invest as a lawyer? As much as needed. Does your character have a criminal record? No What is your current occupation on the server? Unemployeed Have you received any disciplinary actions in the past? If so, why were you disciplined, and what have you learned from that mistake? Warning for inappropriate scene paced back in march. I had just joined the server and wasn't fully aware as I just did what someone else did, but learned quickly the importance of only using scenes to further RP. To uphold the laws of the city and protect innocents that have been falsely affected by the system. Do you have previous legal experience? If so, explain. No. Why do you want to be a lawyer? As a lawyer i would be able to represent those that have been falsely convicted by the system and help put criminals behind bars. How are you different from other applicants? I have friends that are lawyers and have seen some of what is required and i want to help where possible to be one of the great lawyers of the city.
