It all started in Albania on a dark and rainy night. Niko Tirana and his brother Zef were huddled in a back alley as gun shots rang out. "Stay quite and stay low." said Niko. The Albanian mafia was fighting a rival gang in a turf war. Niko and Zef had supplied the right types of firearms for the job and plenty of ammunition. Everything was going according to plan until one member screamed out "My gun keeps jamming!". Before they knew it everyone's gun was jamming and misfiring - the ammunition was bad. The rival gang advanced forward and the remaining mafia members retreated and soon fled. Word had quickly spread that the failed turf claim was the result of a bad shipment of ammo from Niko and Zef. That's when the head of the mafia set a bounty for the heads of Niko and Zef at a price of $250,000 a piece. The brothers fled from Albania using aliases and a series of fake documents. After months of running and hiding they set out to start a new life. The refugee brothers found them selves in Los Santos with nothing but the shirts on there back yet this would be there first time ever truly feeling a sense of true opportunity.
