My name is Shady Dee, trying to immigrate to Lucid City. Raised by my both parent, Carla Leblanc and Frank Dee, still alive. I'm 31 years old, I was holding a Corporation in other words a Business in Tug Boat rents. Coming here to develop a new Business, could be in boats, cars, planes or even maybe bicycles... Who knows what we get into coming to a new city! I've heard Lucid City it's a mysterious area, and here I am..! Not afraid of a fresh arrival with nothing in pocket.
