Damien Velain

Damien Velain has come to Lucid City on vacation. He mainly works as a consigliere for his family but has had a falling out with his brother after their father passed away. Seeking to remove himself from familial conflict he has left Italy and has chosen Lucid City to reside at for some time while he plans his next move. He has training as would be expected from a veteran mafia member such as hand to hand combat, gun play, and how to utilize explosives along with his way around a court room and how to make deals. He plans on utilizing his adverse skill set to work as a consultant for a lawyer or crime group that he feels a connection to if he does feel the need to intervene for now he primarily wants to enjoy his vacation time in the city.
