The KoZart family was heavily involved in both gang activity, vodou, arms, and narcotics trafficking in Vice City. During a drug bust Kozart’s family were murdered in their manufacturing plant leaving him to flee to Lucid City in search for a new life. KoZart is a very skilled shooter, strong, intelligent, friendly, and witty character, he often rocks a red or blue dyed waves hairstyle.
