New to Lucid City: Are a clothing options broken?

Creating a few characters I realized almost none of the shirts work because they only show they collar or front or the shirt is sorta inside the character model. 

A large % of clothes don't actually fit the character model; is this a community issue or am I experiencing a glitch?

The "Shirts" options are usually just to add to the outfit, if you want. For the top part, you can use the "Jackets" section. 

In case there are body parts clipping through the clothes, you can go through the "Hands" section and find one that fits in properly.
