A couple of suggestions.

1. Refund Requests: have a mod (or similar position) acknowledge a persons post with ETA for review or something to that nature. This can apply to most anything staff related on forums really, but you get it.

2. Update to the business posts to show to active, inactive, and available businesses / business locations.

3. Removal of a user's post with a link to XXX material as it isn't appropriate for those who are under the age of 18 or location equivalent .

4. Update to Rule "19.03 - If the server restarts mid scenario, reconnect and finish the scene. If you do not, it is considered combat logging." to reflect a possible waiting period given the fact there are those who have 2+ hour wait times due to no prio (rip). It takes me 10 minutes tops on any given day.
