Joining The Server BUG

Hello, when i create a character, then i get stuck on some loadingscreen forever, i cant do anything, when i relog and use that character i just made i get stuck as Michael and no way of fixing it, wtf do i do?

Type /resetped in game and it'll reset your character, then you can pop to the clothes store or train station and change your look again. Sorry about this bug, it happens early game to people sometimes.
