Have had to change Discord

Okay so i think i'm in the right place for this but please correct me if i'm not, I had to make a new discord because my previous was hacked, within 9 minutes of me making the discord i tried to join the Lucid discord but it was saying i was banned from it, therefore me no longer being able to play on lucid at all, if anyone has any suggestions on what i could do to get this situation sorted it would be much appreciated!
