He suffers from slew of mental illnesses, the most prominent being psychopathy. He is extremely remorseless and hard-hearted for committing his evil deeds such as kicking an elderly woman and burning a petting farm. Due to his depraved actions an angry mob appeared in town and the civilians went on a manhunt for Ricky. It was at this time he boarded a plane bound for Los Santos to unleash his fury on the unsuspecting city. Goal: Gain the respect and fear of all gangs and kill the whole PD.
