Stealing / Robbing of vehicles at Hospital and Apartments

With these zones having systems in place to block combative role play, disabling the ability to protect one's property, could we get a change to advanced lock picks? Disabling the use of these equality to the inability to protect one's property seems more balanced.

I'd like to update this to include tackling and the melee attacking option. I understand it can be fun to joke around with friends, but when random kids do it to random people and twist their ankle, it is now an annoyance and time sink on the affected player. That player is unable to knock the kids teeth in and send them to the ER in return.

Agreed, if we can't defend our car then the use of Advanced Lockpicks needs to be removed. By the time you're out of Hospital the person is normally already in your car meaning you have no way to get him out... Goodbye car
