I mean, if I get to keep all of my stuff i've desperately grinded for... what's the point of starting over? My MAIN goal is to own my own auto shop. I'm closer to that goal if I stay public, plus I sometimes enjoy running into new ppl. Feel like if I were to join the WL server new characters would be rare. On the other hand... I feel encounters once you get your own auto shop will be quite a bit better on the WL over the public. I do not think there is an official yes or no either on that wipe, so.
