Vinny Vullo was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. His father was a high-ranking member of the Italian-American Mafia, and Vinny was exposed to the criminal lifestyle from a young age. However, Vinny was never comfortable with the idea of living a life of crime.

As a teenager, Vinny started working for his father's crew, doing small jobs and running errands for the organization. However, he quickly became disillusioned with the criminal world and began to question the morality of what he was doing.

Despite his reservations, Vinny continued to work for his father's crew, hoping that he could somehow make a difference from within the organization. He tried to steer the crew towards more legitimate business ventures, but his efforts were met with resistance from his superiors.

As he got older, Vinny became more and more conflicted about his involvement in the Mafia. He saw the damage that the organization was causing to his community and to the people he cared about. He knew that he needed to make a change.

In his mid-thirties, Vinny made the decision to leave the Mafia and start a new life. He knew that this was a dangerous move, and that he would be putting himself and his family at risk. But he also knew that he couldn't continue living a life that was not in line with his values.
