Charlotte Archer, who never really uses anything beyond the nickname of Charlie, is new in Los Santos because she was tired of her small town life with small town ideals and a small town way of thinking - so down the coast from Washington she went, landing in the city as a transplant. The girl just wants to get a job so she can continue working on her art on the side, a small place to live, and maybe some friends that don't judge her for her unconventional ways. First on the list for her? A job. Pizza, garbage, even a farm - anything to pay the bills and keep some gas in the tank and food in her belly.
