Dan Biscuit is a country man from the State of Texas who wanted to make his name in the big city and moved to Lucid City. He is tall and robust working on a ranch most of his life with his family being 6'2 with lots of knowledge with people and mechanical skills. He worked as a part time volunteer officer for the local sheriffs in his home town and made a name for himself as a good cop. He is a fast learner and wanted to try his luck in the big city away from his home. His home taught him to be very respectful and kind to those around him which he never fails to do so.
