From the neon lit back streets of Tokyo to the dust filled alleys of the middle east and anywhere in between. Sam Weather has seen it all and been paid to see worse. Escaping the life of adrenaline, he moved to Los Santos to get some RnR. Now he sees shit and doesn't even get paid for it.

Not as gruff as one would expect a contract man to be, but actually quite sincere and courteous.

Just a simple man trying to make his way through the universe.
